1德國(guó)REXROTH力士樂(lè)壓力調(diào)定閥該閥是調(diào)壓閥中最基本的閥。溢流閥的調(diào)定壓力必須大于或等于液壓系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的最高工作壓力和管路上各種壓力損失之和。

(3)比例調(diào)壓閥比例溢流閥的工作壓力與輸入的電流成比例。根據(jù)液壓系統(tǒng)的工作要求,調(diào)節(jié)輸入比例溢流閥的電流,即可達(dá)到調(diào)壓目的。

(2)一級(jí)減壓閥之二液壓缸1活塞下行時(shí)通過(guò)減壓閥3獲得低于溢流閥4調(diào)定壓力的某一穩(wěn)定值,回程時(shí)液壓缸1上腔的油可經(jīng)單向閥回油箱。液壓缸2的最大工作壓力由溢流閥4調(diào)定。

(3)二級(jí)減壓閥之一圖示位置時(shí),減壓閥出口壓力由閥1本身調(diào)定,當(dāng)閥1遙控口與閥2接通時(shí),閥1的出口壓力則由閥2調(diào)定。閥2可用小流量的遠(yuǎn)程調(diào)壓閥。

(4)二級(jí)減壓閥之二液壓缸活塞右移時(shí)壓力由減壓閥1調(diào)定,左移時(shí),其壓力由減壓閥2調(diào)定,此時(shí)減壓閥1和2串聯(lián),實(shí)現(xiàn)二級(jí)減壓。閥1和2規(guī)格均需滿足活塞運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)對(duì)流量的要求。

(5)無(wú)級(jí)減壓閥之一用小規(guī)格的比例先導(dǎo)壓力閥接在減壓閥的遙控口,使減壓閥的出口壓力在一定范圍內(nèi)得到無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)整。該種方法,易于實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)減壓閥工作壓力的遙控。
